One call returns a page of followers of one X account (screenname). One item is one follower with counts and handle. Our call returned 70 followers (3 shown plus the '… 67 more' marker); the answer also gives the account's total followers_count. To get the next page, send next_cursor from the answer as the cursor parameter (more_users was true).
