List trending Instagram music API

Returns currently trending music tracks on Instagram; it takes no parameters. The answer is a list of `items`, each one a track with metadata and download URLs; the first page held about 30 tracks. The answer shows `page_info.next_max_id` ("30"), but this endpoint lists no parameter to pass it into.
